From intimate celebrations to full-scale weddings, Dizzy Bird Floral creates art-driven floral experiences designed around the people, place, and story behind each event.

Our specialties include weddings and corporate events, but we happily flower birthdays, engagements, showers, memorials, photoshoots, private dinners, and just about any occasion that could use a little floral magic.

What we Offer

Every event is different, so we offer three service levels depending on how much support your day requires.

Delivery and setup services are calculated based on your needs. From a simple drop-off to full service setup and strike. Below is a breakdown of our three tiers of service and their associated cost, which are calculated based on your floral total.

Tier One :
Drop-Off Delivery

Your florals are delivered to one designated location within the event space and handed off to you or your event team.

This option does not include floral placement or setup by the Dizzy Bird team.

15% of Floral Total

Tier Two:
Delivery + Setup

We deliver your florals and place each design in its event-ready location so everything looks exactly as intended before we depart.

This tier does not include relocating or repurposing arrangements between portions of your event but we are happy to fulfill this service for an additional fee.

20% of floral total

Tier Three: Delivery + Setup + Strike

The full-service experience.

We'll handle delivery and complete floral setup, then return at the end of your event to remove florals and collect all floral-related rentals.

You walk away from the party.

We'll clean up the flowers.

25% of floral total

We currently have an event minimum of $400

Events located outside of a 30 mile radius from San Francisco. CA incur additional travel expenses which are calculated dependent upon the scope of the services provided.

Our Process

Every event begins with a complimentary consultation, typically over video.

We'll get acquainted, talk through your event, and dig into what you're envisioning.

Already know exactly what you want? Amazing.

Have absolutely no idea where to start? Also amazing.

We'll ask the right questions and help you uncover the colors, textures, scale, feeling, and floral moments that make sense for your celebration.
After our consultation, we'll create one to two custom proposals with options at different price points.

This gives you the freedom to see what's possible, decide which floral moments matter most, and invest your budget where it will have the greatest impact.

Transparency is important to us. You should understand what you're investing in and feel confident about the choices you're making!
Once you've found the direction that feels right, a 20% retainer officially reserves your event date.

From there, we're yours.

We'll remain available to talk through ideas, questions, and adjustments as your event takes shape.
Approximately two months before your event, we'll schedule a full design review.

We'll present a detailed vision board, walk through your floral plan, confirm logistics, and make sure every last petal has a purpose.
When event day arrives, you shouldn't be thinking about centerpieces.

Our team takes care of the floral details so you can be present for the actual reason you're there.

We'll create, deliver, install, and—depending on your service level—return to strike everything afterward.
